Our Field Supervisors ensure that field technicians are trained and deliver essential and innovative technology that people use in everyday life, in a safe and professional manner. BE PART OF THE CONNECTION As a Field Service Supervisor , you will serve as front line leader and lead a team of 12-15 technicians. You will build both internal and external relationships with Field Technicians and Spectrum's customers, and advocate for our elite products and services. Your daily activities will include supporting FTVI's remotely and in person and working alongside a variety of departments and partners. You are responsible for managing all partner teams to further enhance our customer and employee experiences. You will have the ability to self-manage your time and balance between the two environments, spending 70% of your time in the field and 30% of your time working on administrative tasks.
