The Supervisor, Facility Safety leads safety initiatives and ensure compliance with industry regulations across all operations. The Supervisor, Facility Safety develops and implements safety programs, foster a culture of safety, and drive continuous improvement in workplace safety standards. Essential Job Functions Develop, implement, and oversee safety policies and procedures that comply with OSHA and other regulatory requirements. Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions. Lead safety training programs for employees, ensuring comprehensive understanding of safety procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a proactive safety culture and integrate safety considerations into everyday operations. Analyze incident reports and safety data to identify trends and develop strategies for risk mitigation. Serve as the primary point of contact for safety-related inquiries and investigations with corporate safety team support. Collaborate and work with corporate safety team to ensure alignment and conformance to corporate safety standards and practices. Assist/develop/monitor safety KPI metrics. Collaborate with leadership to develop safety initiative capital proposals. Travel as needed to various work sites up to 25%.Other duties as assigned.
