About The Position

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in facilities management.
  • 1+ years of experience leading a team or project.

  • Experience managing budgets and third-party vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team responsible for all facilities operations including janitorial, landscaping, mechanics, HVAC, septic, water, trash, office supplies, build-outs, and general maintenance.
  • Manage third-party service providers to ensure services meet corporate standards and contractual terms.
  • Develop, plan, and execute site improvement projects in alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage the maintenance, repair, and installation of all launch and mission support infrastructure.
  • Develop and administer an effective periodic maintenance program for launch and support facilities.
  • Monitor and direct all construction projects to ensure correct, on-budget, and on-time execution with minimal disruption.
  • Oversee a team of facilities and HVAC technicians, driving performance through coaching and development.
  • Prioritize tasks and projects to enhance department efficiency and eliminate blockers.
