The Supervisor, Export Operations will be responsible for driving results, revenue, and productivity of the department through effective management and communication. In this role, the individual will work closely with the leadership team to communicate vision and deliver stellar customer service and export support results. The supervisor will plan and manage daily operations to meet the needs of customers —including international dealers and partners—while supporting department and company financial and operational goals. Key responsibilities include resolving complex customer situations in logistics, export compliance, and sales support; building and recruiting a highly skilled team; and ensuring staff can leverage modern tools to deliver faster, more efficient, and higher-quality service.
