Supervisor-EPIC & IT Training
About The Position
Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Supervisor-Epic & IT Training to join our team. The Supervisor–Epic & IT Training provides leadership and oversight for the Epic and IT Training team. This role supervises a team of training specialists who design, configure, and deliver training related to Epic and Workday applications. The Supervisor-Epic and IT Training ensures system stability, data accuracy, compliance with regulations, and alignment with organizational priorities while fostering a collaborative and service-oriented team culture.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Clinical, Informatics, Computer Science, Business or related field is required. High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 years of experience in healthcare IT, clinical, hospital/ambulatory business office environment or related experience may be accepted in lieu of an Associate’s degree.
- 5 years of Epic Principle Trainer or related experience is required. (This experience level is required in addition to the experience that would be required in lieu of education if colleague does not meet the Associate’s degree requirement.)
- 1 year of progressively more responsible leadership experience is required.
- Epic certification or accreditation as an Epic Principle Trainer is required or must be obtained within six (6) months.
