Join our outstanding Environmental Services team as our new Environmental Services Supervisor today! A few details about the role: Conduct daily quality assurance inspections in health center, apartment, guest rooms and all common areas to ensure work is up to standard and act promptly when needed. Inspect guest rooms on a standard basis to ensure cleanliness and excellent show appearance. Any items or conditions that need improvement must be communicated to the director. Inspect all new moves in apartments for cleaning quality. Coordinate and assist with room transfers in health care areas. Coordinate spring cleaning projects. Coordinate the work schedules and procedures of the department. Ensure that all department team members have completed training of all equipment, chemicals, and community policies/procedures annually and training forms documented once complete. Inspect equipment daily to determine repair, maintenance needs and cleanliness/safety of equipment. Monitor all supplies/equipment used in the daily operations of the department, daily. Chemical/supply/equipment inventories conducted monthly; order needed items within maintained budget.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Three to five years applicable experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A state issued driver’s license with a driving record clear of infractions as defined by current insurance mandates.
