Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 $2500 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a positive, outgoing individuals with a passion for upholding clean and safe healthcare facilities for patients and staff, to join our night shift Environmental Services Leadership Team! What you'll do: Provide organizational leadership to a group of environmental services staff and specialists Ensure goals are met in both service and quality and provide HR oversight for the department Daily cleaning as well as projects, carpet and hard surface floor care, waste disposal, and moving services Shift management and scheduling Foster healthy relationships with other leaders as well as promoting those within the department. What you'll need: High school diploma or equivalency 2 years of experience in commercial or healthcare environmental services or related field; or 2 years supervisory experience in healthcare or related field Ability to work 3rd shift, 10:00pm-6:30am with rotating weekends and holidays. Training typically occurs during our day time hours for a few weeks before shifting to a 3rd shift basis. Requirements
