Requirements

  • High School diploma, Certificate, GED, Training, or Experience required.
  • Three years supervisory experience required.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
  • Good interpersonal skills to work with diverse populations in a fast-paced crisis oriented environment.
  • Minimum Required Experience: 3 Years.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous Environmental Services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct supervision, guidance and leadership to all environmental staff members.
  • Ensure that all services provided are comprehensive, proactive and appropriate to the needs of population served, meeting all regulatory and professional standards.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of efficient and appropriate environmental services.
  • Serve as a member of the leadership team.
  • Represent the Manager in the completion of functions related to Environmental Services.
