About The Position

Plans, assigns and supervises all mechanical maintenance and repair work ordered throughout the hospital and campus.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
• Trade School in a plumbing, electrical or HVAC program Required
• 5 years experience of supervision of mechanical, electrical, or HVAC trades or Craft Required
• General Experience and ability to read and interpret blueprints Required
• General Experience and knowledge of applicable fire codes and DOH / Joint Commission standards Required
• Engineer Cert Grade A Required
• EPA Clean Air - 608 Required

Nice To Haves

• Associate's Degree in construction management Preferred
• 2 years experience as a hospital engineer or comparable role Preferred
• Cert Healthcare Facilities Mgr Preferred
