Supervisor, Electrical Maintenance and Instrumentation Where will you work: Our Riverview facility - 8813 S. US HWY 41, Riverview, FL 33578. This role covers our day shift (6AM – 3PM) and is eligible to work a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off. Join us as a Supervisor, Electrical Maintenance and instrumentation where you will lead a team that keeps our operations running at peak performance. In this role, you’ll guide and motivate EIA Technicians, manage maintenance activities, and drive asset health strategies using tools like PM, PDM, and RCFA. You’ll oversee workflow planning and scheduling, ensure safety and compliance, review work permits, and conduct audits and inspections. Plus, you’ll play a key role in maintenance projects, sustaining capital initiatives, and expansion commissioning—all while fostering engagement and excellence.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Working knowledge of SAP or other related CMMS
• 5+ years of related experience
• Journeyperson Electrician or related certification
• Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of supervisory experience
