At Intrado, all of our work truly matters. Intrado is looking to hire a Emergency Call Relay Center (ECRC) Supervisor in Longmont, CO to join our team.

Requirements

Associate's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in computer science or related field required.
Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements.
Minimum 1 year of 24/7 on call experience required
Minimum 1 year supervisory or lead experience required.
Minimum of 3 years experience in emergency services dispatching in a 9-1-1 center or similar environment required
Intermediate knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required

Responsibilities

Responsible for supervising the day-to day functions of incoming call volume and activities in the 24-hour/7days-per-week Emergency Call Relay Center (ECRC) from citizens for emergency and non-emergency issues
Supervise and manage staff allocation, work schedules, resourcing planning, and assignments based on call volume, anticipated events, and call history data
Review, evaluate, and provide recommendations from call recordings in order to ensure call volume and etiquette is maintained
