About The Position
The Supervisor, DSD Delivery is responsible for effectively driving execution against all core KPI's. Additional responsibilities include being directly engaged with the delivery drivers by providing ongoing coaching, working with customers, and managing the standard work processes for IDSD Delivery Pillar, while optimizing service and ensuring cost management. This role will act as the Driver Methods Lead, engaging with the driver team during ride-alongs and ensuring compliance with HOS/DOT (breaks, hours, etc.). The position is based out of Spokane, WA, office five days a week, and requires travel to Boise, ID every other month.
