Position Summary The Distribution Center Operations Supervisor will report to the Manager of DC Operations. The DC Operations Supervisor is the front line connection with warehouse employees and plays a critical role in engaging and inspiring their team to meet and exceed daily targets. The DC Operations Supervisor drives daily work execution and monitors work performance. Under the leadership of the Operations Manager, the DC Operations Supervisor will drive an engaged, productive team through strong leadership, demonstrating initiative, and leveraging continuous improvement thinking. The supervisor is responsible for supporting the Operations Manager in the total leadership and operations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience with Microsoft Office
  • 2+ years experience in a distribution center or similar environment
  • 2+ years experience in a leadership role
  • Verifiable High School Diploma/GED
