About The Position

The Supervisor of the Dietary Department at Saint Mary of Nazareth Hospital is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Food and Nutrition Department. This role ensures compliance with federal, state, and other regulatory agencies while performing necessary clerical support duties to optimize patient care. The supervisor will focus on the safety and efficiency of food prepared in the department, manage budgetary requirements, and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Food Safety Certification from an accredited organization and maintain current.
• Two (2) years experience in food service operations.
• Ability to use PC.

Nice To Haves

• Certified Dietary Service Supervisor preferred.
