About The Position

The Supervisor Development Program is a 4 to 6 month training initiative designed to equip participants with the necessary skills and experience to become effective operation supervisors. The program offers rotational work experiences across various disciplines, focusing on leadership and process management, culminating in hands-on supervisor training to prepare trainees for their final placement in a supervisory role.

Requirements

  • Must meet acceptable attendance and behavioral guidelines.
  • Show a passion for JBS and exhibit leadership potential.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in hands-on supervisor training in the final months of the program.
  • Attend leadership and process training sessions to develop management skills.
  • Work on challenging projects that provide a meaningful return on investment to JBS.
