The Supervisor Development Program is a 4 to 6 month training initiative designed to equip participants with the necessary skills and experience to become effective operation supervisors. The program offers rotational work experiences across various disciplines, focusing on leadership and process management, culminating in hands-on supervisor training to prepare trainees for their final placement in a supervisory role.

  • Participate in rotational work experiences across various disciplines at the plant level.
