Valleywise Health is seeking a skilled and experienced Supervisor Desktop Technician to lead and oversee our PC Technician I and II staff. In this role, you will ensure user needs are met, production schedules are maintained, and process improvements are implemented. You will work closely with managers and supervisors to discuss special projects, resolve issues, and enhance change management processes. This position involves supervising the deployment, maintenance, support, and upgrade of desktop PCs, hardware, software, operating systems, and distributed printers.
