About The Position

Make a difference. As a Supervisor Customer Service, you will oversee a team to ensure our customers are receiving the best service possible. In this role you will: Supervise a customer service department, including assigning and reviewing the work of others Establish department work procedures, prepare schedules and expedite workflow of purchase orders Train and develop employees Ensure every customer experience is top notch in quality Collaborate with branch team to grow sales Recommend transfers, promotions, increases, and terminations What you bring to the table:

  • Supervisory and leadership skills
  • Ability to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact
  • 1+ years experience required
