About The Position

This employee will assist the Customer Service Manager in the supervision of staff by providing leadership and support to referral sources and customers while abiding by the processes and procedures set forth by Leadership.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
  • 3-5 years of experience in healthcare Preferred
  • Previous Supervisory experience Preferred
  • read and analyze documents such as prescriptions, chart notes, etc.
  • prioritize and plan activities for subordinates and delegate appropriately
  • multitasking
  • follow up on outstanding projects and tasks
  • Moderate computer skills
  • Moderate typing skills

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's Degree Preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in healthcare Preferred
  • Previous Supervisory experience Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Supervision of staff
  • Training of all Customer Service staff
  • Monitors the flow of orders to and from the Customer Service Department
  • Handles escalated situations with patients/customers or Referral Sources
  • Processing of payroll for the department
  • Recruitment, hiring, discipline, and supervision of the department
  • Evaluations of the Customer Service Department
  • Monitoring the number of incoming phone calls to determine if support is necessary
  • Evaluation and recommendation of process improvement for the department
