About The Position

The Supervisor of Customer Master Data will oversee the management and integrity of customer data across various systems. This role involves leading a team of customer master data analysts, ensuring compliance with data governance policies, and driving initiatives to enhance data quality and accuracy.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in data management
  • Proven experience with data governance frameworks and tools (e.g., SAP, Salesforce)

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership Supervise and mentor a team of customer master data analysts, providing guidance and support in daily operations. Conduct regular performance reviews and facilitate professional development opportunities.
  • Data Management Ensure the accuracy and integrity of customer master data across all platforms. Implement and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Process Improvement Analyze existing data processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and data quality. Collaborate with IT and other departments to design and implement data quality initiatives
  • Reporting and Analysis Generate and analyze reports on data quality metrics, identify trends and areas for improvement. Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
  • Stakeholder Collaborations Serve as the primary point of contact for customer master data escalations. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on data management practices
  • Speciality Projects Develop new automation techniques to effectively utilize resources. Monitor automations for areas of improvement and increase efficiency.
