About The Position
The position involves supervising a team of bargaining unit employees within the Customer Fund Management (CFM) department at PG&E. This department is responsible for various tasks including new business contract processing and administration, new account setup, new business billing exception processing, and providing Non-Energy Billing Support to internal clients. The role requires ensuring that employees complete work assignments to meet departmental goals, managing expenses, and providing support to field employees regarding contract creation and customer complaint resolution. The supervisor will also be responsible for coaching and developing the team, administering discipline when necessary, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
