About The Position
As the Supervisor of Credit and Collections, you will oversee the department's operations, including the processing and verification of credit applications and managing the collection of overdue accounts. You will investigate credit issues, recommend payment options, and ensure compliance with all relevant protocols and regulations. This role requires building trust with Sales and Finance Directors, gaining in-depth knowledge of the solar business, and effectively handling interactions with both internal and external stakeholders. You will also lead a small team, support their professional development, and manage critical accounts with high dollar values.
