About The Position

As a Converse Retail Supervisor at our Round Rock location, you will be part of a dynamic team that celebrates individuality and creativity. This full-time position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
• Ability to use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Physical ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods.
