About The Position

As a Clinic Supervisor at Roswell Clinic Corporation, you'll join a team and be a part of a culture that's dedicated to providing top quality care to our patients. The Supervisor, Clinics is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a clinic or group of clinics, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services. This role involves supervising clinical staff, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, managing patient flow, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. The Supervisor, Clinics works closely with management to improve service delivery, implement best practices, and provide exceptional patient care.

Requirements

  • Associate Degree in Business Management, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a closely related field preferred.
  • 2-4 years of clinic experience required.
  • 1-2 years of previous clinic management/supervisory experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Kronos, Athena, and ability to learn new systems.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the daily operations of a clinic or group of clinics.
  • Supervising clinical staff and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Managing patient flow and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Assisting clinic management in providing overall leadership and direction.
  • Coordinating recruitment of clinic staff.
  • Communicating performance standards and evaluating employee performance.
  • Responsible for disciplinary actions and providing constructive feedback.
  • Maintaining open communication with patients, providers, administration, and other supervisors.
  • Problem solving and troubleshooting operational issues.
  • Supervising daily operations of assigned support functions including appointment scheduling, registration, and collections.
  • Ensuring patient information is accurately maintained in accordance with clinic policies.
  • Assisting in developing and implementing office procedures and processes.
  • Providing administrative and clerical support to clinic leadership.
