About The Position

Ensures the provision of high quality patient care. Supervises the clinical staff of the ASC. Promotes a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Other duties as assigned. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: A minimum of 2 years demonstrated leadership experience is required. The ability to supervise day-to-day activities and operations, while also strategizing and implementing solutions leading to future success is required. Preferred charge/lead/coordinator position within an ASC setting, with experience in staff management and process improvement. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required. In lieu of Bachelor’s degree an Associate degree in Nursing and 4 years of experience may be accepted. A Master's degree in Nursing is preferred. SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION: Interpersonal skills necessary to deal effectively and professionally with patients, visitors, staff, physicians, and the public, both inside and outside the facility. Versatility to perform a wide variety of duties, tasks and assignments as needs arise or are directed is essential. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely. Ability to interpret, adapt and apply guidelines and procedures. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, family, significant others, employees and the general public. Ability to provide effective, cooperative, professional leadership to the role.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years demonstrated leadership experience is required.
  • The ability to supervise day-to-day activities and operations, while also strategizing and implementing solutions leading to future success is required.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required.
  • In lieu of Bachelor’s degree an Associate degree in Nursing and 4 years of experience may be accepted.
  • Requires current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC (Nurse Licensure Compact).
