About The Position

The Supervisor Clinic Services Operations for Pulmonology at UCHealth is responsible for overseeing daily staff activities within the clinic. Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• Completion of a CMA, RMA, LPN or LVN program.
• CMA, RMA or state licensure as a Practical Nurse (LPN) or Vocational Nurse (LVN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification.
• 3 years' relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Determines, coordinates and supervises daily staffing assignments and levels.
• Provides direction, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to Medical Assistant and LPN/LVN staff.
• Performs or assists with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
• Assesses quality of services delivered and facilitates staff development programs.
• Ensures staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Performs staff responsibilities as needed to fulfill required service levels.
• Leads the handling and resolution of complex issues and complaints.
