Park Nicollet is looking to hire an Operations Supervisor to join our Rogers Primary Care team! Position Summary The Supervisor, Clinic Operations provides leadership, direction, organization and administration of daily business processes and frontline clinic operations. This position works in collaboration with the Clinic Manager, Clinic Medical Director (CMD), and/or Supervisor, RN Operations. The Supervisor provides strategic leadership and support to help ensure the success of their designated site’s financial performance, quality goals, patient experience, team engagement and workplace safety. The Rogers Clinic provides comprehensive care through Family Medicine, Internal Medicine/Pediatrics, and Pediatrics, serving patients of all ages. Our team of 10 dedicated clinicians cares for approximately 80–120 patients each day, creating a fast‑paced, supportive environment where teamwork, operational excellence, and patient‑centered care are key to our success.
