About The Position

This position plays a key role in the success of the organization in regard to assuring access for patient care and direct supervision of non-clinical staff. Supervisor has oversight of day to day clinic operations supporting efficient patient care. This position supports the work of the clinic manager and medical director in improving patient satisfaction, complaint resolution, and clinic performance in meeting organizational and regional goals. Requirements

  • Coursework/Training: Business College or office management training., Or equivalent education/experience
  • Progressively responsible experience in a medical office or a combination of relevant education and directly related work experience
  • Previous experience managing staff
  • Experience, education or training in medical records management and regulations, to include HIPAA.

  • Associate's Degree in Medical Office or Business Administration, or other relevant field, Or Bachelor's Degree in Medical Office or Business Administration, or other relevant field
