About The Position

PeaceHealth is seeking a Supervisor Clinic Operations - Specialty Clinics for a Full Time, 1.00 FTE, Variable position. The salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $30.83 - $46.23. The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to education, training, work experience, terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, seniority, etc. Responsible for monitoring the overall services, developing quality and performance indicators, gathering data for analysis as well as ensuring continuous improvement to optimize services and stewardship of resources. Staffing and scheduling. Supervises daily activities, focusing on operations and effective use of resources within established budget. Responsible for operational performance including the quality, service environment and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Business or Healthcare Management.
  • Leadership experience in a clinical environment preferred.
  • Active OR State MA or LPN license preferred.
  • Basic Life Support certification may be required upon hire.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor overall services and develop quality and performance indicators.
  • Gather data for analysis and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Supervise daily activities focusing on operations and effective resource use.
  • Manage operational performance including quality and service environment.
  • Recommend selection of staff and monitor performance and accountability.
  • Evaluate competence and initiate performance improvement plans.
  • Assist in the development of policies, procedures, and service delivery enhancements.
  • Supervise assigned caregivers with full personnel action authority.
  • Ensure completion of mandatory training and in-services.
  • Delegate work and adjust workflow for efficient operations.
  • Provide operational support with clinical processes and budget management.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships within the department and with external customers.
  • Provide first line problem solving for caregivers and patients.
  • Support and carry out strategic and process improvement initiatives.
