About The Position
Under the direction of the Practice Manager and Director of Operations, the Supervisor of Clinic Operations at Pacific Medical Centers provides essential leadership and management for the clinic operations. This role encompasses overseeing all aspects of the practice/clinic operation, including financial management and daily operations. The Supervisor is responsible for assessing, evaluating, and implementing systems to enhance clinic operations, ensuring that the clinic meets performance expectations in medical quality, service, access, utilization, and financial metrics. This position requires collaboration with clinic leadership and staff to manage supply costs, facilities, labor costs, and staff productivity effectively. The Supervisor will represent the clinic in various organizational projects and committees, playing a crucial role in the overall success of the clinic.
