About the position
Full time position available for a Clinic Nursing Supervisor for our four Rural Health Clinics. The Clinic Nursing Supervisor will be responsible for supervising staff, assisting with coordination and evaluation of scheduling and workflows of clinical staff, communicating changes and new developments in services and policies to help staff better assist patients and perform their jobs more efficiently. Duties also include supporting the Clinic Services Manager, assisting with performance reviews, clinical staff education and onboarding of new staff.
Responsibilities
- Supervise clinical staff at four Rural Health Clinics.
- Assist with coordination and evaluation of scheduling and workflows of clinical staff.
- Communicate changes and new developments in services and policies to staff.
- Support the Clinic Services Manager.
- Assist with performance reviews of clinical staff.
- Provide education and onboarding for new staff.
Requirements
- WI RN license.
- Minimum of three years relevant experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a clinic setting.
Nice-to-haves
- BSN degree.
- Supervisory experience.
- Working knowledge of department budgets.
- Familiarity with medical office procedures and clinic operations.
- Experience using EPIC.
- Effective decision-making skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
