About The Position
Full time position available for a Clinic Nursing Supervisor for our four Rural Health Clinics. The Clinic Nursing Supervisor will be responsible for supervising staff, assisting with coordination and evaluation of scheduling and workflows of clinical staff, communicating changes and new developments in services and policies to help staff better assist patients and perform their jobs more efficiently. Duties also include supporting the Clinic Services Manager, assisting with performance reviews, clinical staff education and onboarding of new staff.
