About the position
The Supervisor, Client Enablement role at PMX Lift involves guiding the adoption of advanced video solutions within the organization. This position is crucial for interpreting client briefs, ensuring effective planning of advanced video campaigns, and collaborating with various internal and external teams. The role offers high visibility with agency leadership and the opportunity to work across diverse client brands in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Interpret client briefs to ensure planning of advanced video campaigns based on client understanding.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on local video capabilities, explaining planning and buying nuances to teams.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams across multiple practice areas, including investment, strategy, audience/data, and activation.
- Build new workflow processes for advanced local video planning and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with activation team members to ensure Lift campaign strategies are unified from planning through execution.
- Deliver agency team overviews and onboardings to grow Lift adoption among the PM client base.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of experience within an agency or media company, including client-facing responsibilities.
- Experience with Advanced TV, including Addressable TV or CTV/OTT, with knowledge of the landscape.
- Familiarity with Advanced TV platforms such as Ampersand, Dish, Warner/Xandr, Amobee, OpenAP, NBCU AdSmart, Viacom Vantage, Discovery Engage, Vizio, Samsung, Roku.
- Experience in local-based channels, Spot Linear TV, local Addressable, CTV, or digital.
- Ability to explain how advanced video fits into a local video strategy.
- Experience with process building and workflow documentation.
- A proactive attitude and initiative to take on projects.
