About The Position

Publicis Media Exchange (PMX) is the global media platform for Publicis Groupe. PMX is an omnichannel activation powerhouse that drives smart application of investment through leveraging scale, marketplace innovation, deeper partnerships and knowledge. PMX is at the forefront of the converging marketplace building data-informed, tech-enabled media to help marketers connect with consumers in a measurable way. This practice, PMX Lift, combines the scale and expertise of Publicis Media with the data and technology of Publicis-owned Epsilon and strategic media partners to offer cross-channel video planning, execution, and measurement. The offerings within PMX Lift include products around Addressable TV and Over-The-Top (OTT) video. PMX built out a new team across departments that is dedicated to supporting the sales/growth/demand of the PMX Lift product. To accommodate the increased demand and launch campaigns, we are growing our team and adding depth to the specialty areas represented within it. We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join the growing Education & Enablement team and help guide PMX Lift adoption, within our local advanced video solution. This role reports to the Associate Director, Client Enablement. On top of invaluable experience in the fast-growing, evolving ATV landscape, you will offer high visibility with PM agency leadership and executives, the chance to work across a variety of client brands and the opportunity to collaborate with different teams of experts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of experience within an agency or media company, including client facing responsibilities
  • Experience with Advanced TV, including Addressable TV or CTV/OTT, with knowledge of the landscape and confidence explaining the role of advanced video
  • Experience preferred with Advanced TV platforms (examples including Ampersand, Dish, Warner/Xandr, Amobee, OpenAP, NBCU AdSmart, Viacom Vantage, Discovery Engage, Vizio, Samsung, Roku)
  • Experience putting together plans in local-based channels, Spot Linear TV, local Addressable, CTV or digital
  • Move efficiently across multiple campaigns and clients
  • Allowing individual to explain how advanced video fits into a local video strategy
  • Experience with process building/workflow documentation
  • A hand-raising attitude and initiative to take on projects

Responsibilities

  • Interpret client briefs, helping ensure planning of advanced video campaigns rooted in important client understanding
  • Be the subject matter expert on local video capabilities, prepared to explain planning and buying nuances to internal and external teams
  • Collaborate between internal and external teams across multiple practice areas, including investment, strategy, audience/data, activation and clients
  • Build net new workflow processes for advanced local video planning, and identify areas for opportunity to expand current processes and improve to decrease team level of effort
  • Partner with activation team members to ensure Lift campaign strategies remain and unified from plan fruition through execution
  • Deliver agency team overviews and onboardings, with a view to growing Lift adoption among the PM client base
