The Supervisor – Chippers plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of Chippers while delivering exceptional guest experiences. This position is responsible for overseeing staff, maintaining service standards, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry best practices. Chippers will be managed by two Supervisors who will work collaboratively to oversee operations, support staff, and ensure consistent service and performance across all shifts. The Supervisor will lead, train, and support team members, foster a positive and productive work environment, and respond to guest needs in a timely and professional manner. This role also works closely with other departments to enhance overall service delivery and operational efficiency.
