The Central Design & Estimating organization is responsible for Engineering, Design and Estimating of PG&E Electric Distribution systems. Candidates will lead engineering and design activities by ensuring standards are followed, adhering to the engineering and work prioritization/approval process, managing and controlling the scope of work, maintaining a focus on accuracy, design criteria and constructability while ensuring customer and regulatory expectations are met or exceeded. Candidate will be responsible for overseeing completion of maintenance tags, System Hardening project and large capacity work. Candidate will also be responsible for leading internal electric estimators in Daily operating reviews, Safety Training and in-person person meetings. This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned location based on business need. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed towards the middle or entry point of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors. A reasonable salary range is: Minimum Base Salary (California) $123,000.00 Mid Base Salary (California) $160,000.00 Maximum Base Salary (California) $197,000.00 This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E’s discretionary incentive compensation programs.
