About The Position
The position involves supervising table games employees during the day-to-day operations of the casino. The supervisor is responsible for training, counseling, and monitoring the performance and conduct of table games dealers, ensuring compliance with company policies and gaming regulations. The role also includes managing front line and supervisory employees across multiple pits on the casino floor, evaluating patron play, and determining customer complimentary services. The supervisor must uphold the Family Style Service model and may perform other duties as assigned.
