About The Position

Health Solutions is a premier wellness center focused on whole person care. With over 400 employees in Southern Colorado, you would be joining a mighty team of support and administrative staff, clinicians, physicians, nurses, and others in our efforts to improve the health and wellbeing of our community. We’re hiring for a full-time Supervisor to join our Care Team at our 41 Montebello location. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll lead and support the CARE team by providing administrative and clinical supervision, guiding program development, and ensuring high‑quality service delivery. You’ll collaborate with community partners, oversee documentation and compliance, review treatment plans, and manage utilization review. You’ll maintain productivity standards, deliver ongoing staff supervision and performance feedback, ensure effective use of the EHR, and provide coverage as needed—all while upholding Center policies, procedures, and best‑practice standards.

Requirements

  • Must possess effective project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize and schedule work in an efficient and productive manner, focusing on key priorities and meeting deadlines

  • Must possess effective organizational skills and attention to details: effective follow-through, and commitment to excellence
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or closely related human services field
  • Colorado licensure (LPC, LCSW or LMFT) with three years’ post graduate experience in mental health treatment
  • Extensive knowledge of theories, modalities and clinical treatment, with particular emphasis on the ACT model and case management with adults with Serious and Persistent Mental Illness
  • Knowledge and experience of evidence-based, outcome verified treatment with emphasis on techniques of psychosocial rehabilitation
  • Demonstrated skills in time management, presentation and leadership
  • Advanced computer proficiency
  • Colorado driver’s license and access to transportation during work hours
  • Must already be authorized to work in the US; sponsorships not available.

Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative and clinical supervision of all staff under the direction of this position in accordance with Center policies and procedures
  • Overseeing program development, implementation and planning for the CARE team services
  • Developing and maintaining a professional working relationship with other community agencies
  • Managing and supervising documentation with accurate and complete records, appropriate coding of billed services, and following the Dartmouth Assertive Community Treatment Scale
  • Reviewing treatment plans, supervision and consultation for clinical efficacy within two workdays of submission
  • Performing Utilization Review and Management on cases
  • Maintaining and supporting compliance with Center standards
  • Maintaining and managing productivity standards for assigned staff reporting to this position
  • Providing formal supervision including written new hire progress reviews and periodic feedback and review of staff under the supervision of this position in accordance with Center policy and procedures
  • Maintaining competency and proficiency with the electronic health record (EHR), and providing up to date information on EHR changes to team and assigned clinicians, in addition to administrative meetings about company changes in policy and procedures
  • Providing administrative/clinical coverage in the absence of other personnel
  • Performing other job-related duties as assigned by the Vice President of Specialty Services.
