Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Marketing experience, such as campaign support, category planning, agency relations, etc. of at least 5 years of industry experience
  • Agency or agency management experience
  • Experience with supporting teams and collaborating internally
  • Skilled communicator and storyteller
  • Ability to track and juggle multiple tasks and deadlines across various campaigns
  • Multicultural marketing or advertising experience

Responsibilities

  • Be accountable for project management across multiple campaigns
  • Assist in the development of clear, concise briefs to inform highly impactful creative work
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and agency partners to deliver timely, high-quality work
  • Provide thoughtful, actionable feedback to agency partners on proposed partnerships and creative
  • Drive innovation in fan engagement strategies and partnership approaches
  • Be a curious team member, looking for ways to drive the business forward
  • Be proactive and have a self-starter mentality to help assist in navigating the execution of big, brand-first ideas
  • Be data curious, looking to optimize the way we show up to fans based on learnings, insights, market trends & metrics
  • Assist in ensuring learnings and best practices are socialized to the broader team
