Position Summary Caris Life Sciences is seeking a full-time Our Patient Liaison responsible for resolving issues, directing patient inquiries or complaints, facilitating satisfactory resolutions, and follows up to ensure issues have been resolved for specific accounts. The Supervisor acts as a first-line leader, providing coaching, guidance, and operational support to achieve departmental and organizational goals while utilizing communication skills to explain our services to patients during this difficult time in their life.
