What You’ll Do As the BHT Supervisor, you’ll lead a dedicated team of Behavioral Health Technicians and BHT Leads, ensuring high-quality care and support for residents. You’ll foster a culture of kindness, honesty, and respect while driving excellence in service delivery, staff development, and program operations.
Requirements
- Education: Associate degree in Human Services preferred; High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience: 3+ years of supervisory experience; 5+ years in customer service with diverse populations
- Certifications: Valid Ohio Driver’s License; CDCA within 6 months of hire
- Skills: Strong communication, organization, leadership, and computer proficiency
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team of BHTs
- Ensure trauma-informed, inclusive, and engaging programming
- Collaborate with clinical and medical teams to support resident health
- Manage facility needs and maintain operational readiness
- Oversee documentation, compliance, and crisis response
- Handle staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations
