About The Position

What You’ll Do As the BHT Supervisor, you’ll lead a dedicated team of Behavioral Health Technicians and BHT Leads, ensuring high-quality care and support for residents. You’ll foster a culture of kindness, honesty, and respect while driving excellence in service delivery, staff development, and program operations.

Requirements

  • Education: Associate degree in Human Services preferred; High School Diploma or GED required
  • Experience: 3+ years of supervisory experience; 5+ years in customer service with diverse populations
  • Certifications: Valid Ohio Driver’s License; CDCA within 6 months of hire
  • Skills: Strong communication, organization, leadership, and computer proficiency

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team of BHTs
  • Ensure trauma-informed, inclusive, and engaging programming
  • Collaborate with clinical and medical teams to support resident health
  • Manage facility needs and maintain operational readiness
  • Oversee documentation, compliance, and crisis response
  • Handle staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations
