About The Position

The Audio-Visual Supervisor directs the operation of the Audio-Visual department. Assists with preparation of budget, employee staffing, equipment, customer relations, and facilities involved in providing AV services at Mammoth Mountain. Supervises AV employees including recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, overseeing and review of employees.

Requirements

• Education and on-the-job experience in audio visual services preferred.
• Minimum of one year supervisor or lead technician experience.
• Experience in rigging hang points in air wall tracks and managing multiple events.
• Background in selling setups, music, recording, audio visual, computers, and/or proficiency in related technology highly preferred.
• Excellent guest service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven management experience of at least 2 employees.
• Independent decision-making experience and capacity for autonomous self-direction.
• Outgoing, approachable, warm, and friendly demeanor.
