About The Position

Publicis Media Exchange (PMX) is seeking an experienced Audience & Data Strategy Supervisor to manage audience-based processes and projects. This role is unique and requires a blend of independent and collaborative work, as it involves cross-practice dependencies on audience execution. The ideal candidate will have experience working across marketing teams and will be adept at segmentation, creating connections between media and data, and addressing multiple client needs. This position is hybrid, requiring three days in the office each week, and the recruiter will discuss specifics during the interview process, including any necessary accommodations. In this strategic role, you will apply detailed audience knowledge to generate applicable insights. You will assist the Director in driving strategic audience expertise within the team and developing strategies aimed at exceeding client goals. Your impact will be significant as you manage the full audience creation process, tech flow, and measurement from start to finish. You will translate client audience requests into audience segmentation recommendations and create audience segments using a combination of first, second, and third-party data within relevant tech platforms. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work with both internal and external parties to ensure the audience flow is completed efficiently. You will also assist in various parts of the data quality assurance process and provide post-campaign consultation by creating audience insights and making recommendations for audience-based optimizations. As a subject matter expert on audience data and marketplace capabilities, you will track and enforce audience activation flows, ensuring all parties are meeting their deliverables, leading status calls, and summarizing communications effectively. Additionally, you will manage relationships with external industry data partners, ensuring a seamless integration of audience strategies into broader marketing efforts.
