The Supervisor-Athletic Trainers is responsible for the day-to-day clinical operations while addressing clinical issues, advancing clinical practice guideline development, enhancing clinical efficiencies, performance management, and staff development. This role also performs other professional duties associated with the care of patients, development of therapy program services, and engagement and development of interdisciplinary teams. The supervisor is responsible for organizing the administrative and clinical aspects of athletic trainer services in the assigned departments/locations, specifically in the Rehab department at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in O'Fallon, IL, working full-time 40 hours/week.
