Position Overview The Assistant Manager supports and executes all aspects of park operations, including guest services, food & beverage, training, staffing, and day-to-day operational performance. This leader works closely with the General Manager and ownership team to reinforce Altitude's brand standards, operational excellence, and positive culture. The Assistant Manager is a hands-on leader who sets the tone for exceptional guest experiences, team development, and a consistently safe, clean, and high-energy environment.
