Job Title: Support SupervisorPrimary Purpose: Oversee the day-to-day support to the brand by driving operational excellence within the back of house/warehouse/offsite to elevate the customer experience and drive store productivity. Assign and manage daily responsibilities of stock and operations associates.Create and communicate store replenishment strategy. Support floor moves and selling floor is stocked throughout the day.Process and organization of supplies.Be knowledgeable of stock including quantity, how many units are on hand, what is selling and what is not.Understand and enforce company policies and procedures with a focus on lossprevention and audit compliance to protect the company’s inventory and assets. Ensure asafe, clean and compliant environment.

Requirements

  • Willingness to work in and promote a team oriented environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, results driven and flexible to change
  • Minimum 1-2 year experience in a retail industry of relevant experience as a stock associate
  • Ability to frequently lift and carry boxes weighing up to 60 pounds
  • Utilize support tools found in a warehouse/offsite
  • Ability to load boxes in and out of delivery truck (offsite only)
  • Must be able to work effectively under pressure in a high energy and high traffic environment
  • Available to work store schedule, as needed, including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Standing for extended periods of time
  • On a frequent basis, requires the ability to stoop, kneel, and crouch
