About The Position
The Alarm Monitoring Center Supervisor is responsible for managing a team of professionals who monitor and respond to critical alarms for federal government facilities on a 24/7/365 basis. This role ensures that all security systems and processes are functioning optimally while providing exceptional service to clients. The supervisor will lead a team of operators and technicians, maintain high levels of client satisfaction, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
