The Airfield Supervisor guides and is responsible for the production, safety, and performance of employees. Engage with employees to complete all daily tasks for the department. Coordinate day-to-day activities of crew, train/coach new employees, observe work procedures, perform and inspect completed work to ensure adherence to quality, efficiency, and safety standards. Completes daily shift reports documenting completed work, any accidents/injuries, or issues/incidents. Manually scrub, scrape, detail, wash and wax the outside of an aircraft while working from the ground or an aerial lift. Place chemical in mop buckets, and apply to aircraft, use aerial lifts to clean the aircraft fuselage, wings, and tail. Clean up the workspace following each service. Practice safe work methods and perform other related duties as requested. Follow all company policies and procedures. Be physically present at work on all scheduled days/times to meet workload productivity standards.
