At Southwest Airlines, we keep the largest Boeing 737 fleet in the world flying safely and on time. As a Supervisor Aircraft Maintenance, you’ll help lead the Team that makes it happen. You’ll support our Chicago Midway (MDW) Mechanics in the hangar or at the airport and work closely with Airport Operations to ensure every aircraft is ready for departure. Your leadership directly impacts safety, reliability, and on-time performance, helping deliver the friendly, low-cost travel our Customers count on. Additional details This role supports all hours of the Southwest Operation, including early mornings, late evenings, and holidays.
