We are seeking a motivated professional to oversee the Adolescent Day Treatment program in partnership with the school district team. This position provides clinical and operational leadership to ensure high-quality, client-centered care while supporting a cohesive, accountable, and mission-driven team.

Requirements

  • Independent professional licensure (LP, LPCC, LMFT, or LICSW) or license-eligible in Minnesota.
  • At least two years of clinical experience working with adolescents experiencing severe emotional disturbance and their families, including trauma-informed practice and group work.
  • Strong prioritization, decision-making, collaboration, and crisis-response skills.
  • Ability to identify program improvements and support team strengths within a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in program management, clinical supervision, DHS compliance, or school-based services.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and support clinicians and team members to deliver ethical and effective individual, group, and family therapy, skills development, and coordinated services.
  • Foster collaboration, teamwork, and strengths-based consultation with internal team members and academic partners.
  • Manage program operations, workflow, scheduling, capacity, and resource allocation to meet service demands and fiscal expectations.
  • Hold team members accountable to performance goals, documentation standards, and agency policies.
  • Provide crisis guidance, risk assessment, safety planning, and escalation to higher levels of care when necessary.
  • Facilitate team meetings, supervision, and consultation to promote consistency, training, and best practices.
  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, clinical development, performance evaluation, and corrective actions when appropriate.
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments to support eligibility and enrollment.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual, and quality standards and report program outcomes to stakeholders.
