The Supervisor, Admissions Processing plays a crucial role in facilitating the successful enrollment of prospective learners at Nightingale College, fostering a high-impact team environment. This role involves guiding and mentoring Advisors, Admissions Processing to enhance individual performance and overall team success, with opportunities to influence and promote justice within the admissions process. Responsibilities include coaching, mentoring, and assisting with admissions documentation, ensuring adherence to accreditation and compliance standards, and maintaining prospective learner engagement and retention. The Supervisor will uphold high admissions standards and demonstrate leadership in achieving functional objectives, contributing to the development of a high-impact team. The role encourages creativity and contribution, offers problem-solving opportunities, and provides a dynamic and challenging environment. Customer Service and Stakeholder Engagement Serve as a key contact for prospective learners and collaborators, providing accurate information and exceptional customer service. Act as the escalation point for resolving issues with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring high-level customer care. Manage and resolve escalated learner concerns. Accurately answer questions about Nursing Programs for prospective learners and mentees. Mission and Values Integration Champion the college’s mission and values, ensuring they are integrated into daily operations and decision-making processes. Promote a culture of self-governance, transparency, and growth mindset aligned with organizational values. Facilitate initiatives and discussions that reinforce the college’s mission and values among learners and collaborators. Encourage alignment with the CORE 7 Framework and facilitate its principles across the admissions function. Admissions and Enrollment Management Evaluate admissions processing files and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance, addressing any discrepancies to meet accreditation and compliance standards. Ensure efficient processing of admissions application packets to meet organizational requirements and deadlines. Maintain up-to-date learner records in the CRM and SIS by accurately recording all communications and correspondence. Training, Development, and Collaboration Elevate and support collaborators in training and development, focusing on performance, behaviors, competencies, and alignment. Facilitate weekly admissions meetings, coaching sessions, 1:1s, and team meetings. Lead efforts to cultivate a high-impact community through mentorship and collaboration. Support ongoing projects as assigned by admissions management, fostering collaboration and problem-solving. Collaborate in hiring activities including candidate selection and participation in panel interviews. Operational and Strategic Planning Oversee scheduling, including time-off approvals and necessary adjustments, to ensure accurate coverage. Facilitate 1:1 meetings and collaborate across functions for seamless enrollment processes and successful learner enrollment. Collect data from focus groups and surveys to inform decision-making and strategic planning. Ensure compliance with CX and labor policies among mentees. Encourage creativity and consistency in processes, taking on varied and challenging tasks to enhance team performance.
