Purpose We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Production Supervisor to lead and oversee daily operations across the Media Blast, Heat Treat, and Bandsaw. This role is critical to ensuring production targets are met with the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration, strong people skills, accountability, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Role Supervise daily operations across multiple manufacturing areas including Media Blast, Heat Treat, and Bandsaw. Drive accountability through effective coaching, performance feedback, and workforce development initiatives. Lead a team of skilled technicians and leads to ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols. Plan and allocate resources (labor, equipment, and materials) to meet short- and long-term production goals. Monitor and troubleshoot process issues, working closely with engineering, maintenance, and quality teams to minimize downtime and optimize throughput. Partner with Manufacturing Engineers and Quality Engineers to implement process improvements, resolve technical issues, and support design-for-manufacturability initiatives. Drive accountability through effective coaching, performance feedback, and workforce development initiatives. Ensure accurate documentation of production activities, downtime tracking, and maintenance logs. Participate in capital planning and facilities upgrades to improve area capacity and capability (5S). Promote a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace in accordance with 5S and lean manufacturing practices.
